  • Job Description:

    • 1 year or more of working experience as a Barista

    • Proficient in conversational English and Chinese (able to converse with customers and take their orders). Language proficiencies will be verified during interview

    • Responsible for efficiently preparing various coffee beverages

    • Assisting with light food preparation and simple baking (we will teach)

    • Interested in experimenting and exploring new coffee recipe ideas together

    • Familiar with the operational flow of a coffee shop

    • Possess the ability to communicate with management and peers

    • Effective communicator, detail-oriented, optimistic and positive, skilled in constructive criticism, and a team player

    • Able to work independently with little supervision

    • Ability to remain calm and solve problems

    • Enjoy interacting with people, chatting with customers, and love animals

    • Willing to personally taste the menu to ensure consistent quality

    • Passionate about the coffee industry

    • Willing to learn with a growth mindset

    • Willing to share knowledge and experience

    More Info:

    • Must be able to legally work in Taiwan

    • First 3 months: NTD$175/hr

    • After 3 months: $180-190/hr (based on experience and language skills)

    • Includes benefits required by the law

    • There will be many bonus opportunities (will discuss more during the interview)

    • 8 days off per month

    • Shifts can be negotiated during interview

  • Job Description:

    • 1 year or more of experience as a pastry chef and kitchen staff

    • Proficient in conversational Chinese. Basic English and Chinese reading proficiency (able to read recipes and communicate with the team)

    • Responsible for baking various desserts and helping with light food preparation, serving, and dishwashing

    • Interested in experimenting and exploring new recipe ideas together

    • Possess the ability to communicate with management and peers

    • Effective communicator, detail-oriented, optimistic and positive, skilled in constructive communication, and a team player

    • Ability to remain calm and solve problems

    • Able to work independently with little supervision

    • Likes animals

    • Willing to taste the menu to ensure consistent quality

    • Passionate about the pastry/coffee industry

    • Loves learning and growing as a team

    More Info:

    • Must be able to legally work in Taiwan

    • First 3 Months, Part-Time: NTD$175/hr

    • First 3 months, Full-Time: NTD$30,000/month

    • After 3 months, Part-Time: NTD$180-190/hr (based on experience and language skills)

    • After 3 months, Full-Time: NTD$32,000 - $35,000/month

    • Includes benefits required by the law

    • There will be many bonus opportunities (will discuss more during the interview)

    • 8 days off per month

    • Part-Time shifts can be negotiated during interview
